Introducing the Osborne’s…no, not Ozzy and Sharon, but rather Paul and Michelle. Paul and Michelle Osborne are legendary producers and consultants for shows all over the world. Paul is not only a consultant for David Copperfield, he is one of the most prolific designers and creators of original ideas for both television and live productions shows. Paul’s work can be seen on stages all over the world from the Far East to Las Vegas. Michelle brings to this project choreography, costume, and set design experience, putting high demands on the performers. Her work has been seen in the showrooms of Las Vegas and stage shows worldwide. These two personalities make for remarkable judges as they are 2 of the 3 members that will make up our judging panel. Their humor, their wit, and their expertise bring wonderful chemistry as well as opportunity to this event.

The third member of our panel is the one, the only, Simon Lovell. You may think you are standing before Simon Cowell because he is a brutally honest Englishman with a razor sharp tongue, but his wit and support is sure to win you over. Simon Lovell is the producer and star of the longest running one-man, Off-Broadway show in New York City. It has been consistently sold out for the last 3 years and is still going strong. He has over 350 television credits to his name while most recently appearing as one of the celebrity coaches on the VH1 hit show, Celebracadabra, where he also served as a show consultant. Simon Lovell along with Paul & Michelle Osborne are sure to take you and your team from that diamond in the rough to the gem you have always wanted and make them shine like no other!

PRESENTING THE SET FOR YOUR BIG PRODUCTION!

Let’s look at how a typical full day program takes shape. The morning begins with an hour and a half Audition Show with an opportunity for 30 of your most talented or least talented employees to come before our judges and give them their best. Convincing this panel will not only be challenging, it is sure to give that spark necessary to overcome insurmountable obstacles that the day is sure to bring. After your Audition Show, Jeff Lee-straight from Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, will create a team of set designers using other employees that will assemble our professional studio set and state-of-the-art sound and lighting, to create our performance theatre for that evening's Big Show. Team members will play the roles of stage manager, make-up, wardrobe, and assistants in every aspect of the production. As the day progresses, team members will participate in a series of challenges while also learning their roles in the show. This is where the real work begins. These experiences will bring out the best one has to offer. The day is brought to its rousing finish with the Big Show! The Big Show will consist of some of the most talented your company has to offer along with some special guest performers to make this event a truly remarkable and memorable experience.

The acts will be brought to the stage by our announcer/host/MC, Mica Calfee. Mica is a veteran performer whose work has been seen on some of the finest cruise ships as well as television appearances. You may have seen Mica most recently as a headliner at the Improv comedy club. He makes for the perfect host to this, as well as any event, and will keep things moving along. Who will receive the coveted Producer’s Choice Award? The awards and prizes that are to be offered to the various teams as well as acts are sure to be incentive enough to bring out the absolute best in you! Your team will be the driving force of the show and its fruition and all it has to offer.
