PEOPLE
ARE TALKING
ABOUT DONNIE BLANZ
"
Rich, smooth voice... terrific songwriter... I like him
a lot." - Rusty Richards (Sons Of The Pioneers)
"
This misplaced Texan has finally made it home and brought
with him all kinds of great music they forgot to discover
in Nashville." - Ann Stuckey (Music Row Talent Records,
Inc.)
"
Donnie always draws a large audience and he never disappoints
them. He delivers a strong performance of excellent cowboy
entertainment." - Mary Brown (Executive Producer,
National Festival Of The West)
"
Donnie Blanz is making a mark for himself in Texas and
Tennessee as a lot of other cowboy singers are recording
his moving and meaningful songs. But unlike a lot of good
songwriters, Donnie's also a good singer and his own recordings
can stand up next to anyone's." - Darrell Arnold
(Publisher/Editor, Cowboy Magazine)
"
The writing shines in this self-titled collection, although
he does a fine job with the vocals and his Nashville connections
pay off in the smooth, custom-made feel of the arrangements
and musicianship." - Gary Vorhes (Editor, Western
Horseman)
“
Sweet, gentle lyrics and a voice like soft rain meander
through the songs of Donnie Blanz’s CD. Blanz is
definitely endearing.” Corinne Joy Brown (True
West Magazine)
“
Donnie Blanz is a well know songwriter; you’ve surely
heard his, “You Just Can’t See Him From The
Road.” But he’s also one heckuva singer!” O.J.
Sykes (The Western Way Magazine)

Giddy
up, Ya'll

"After spending 15 years in Nashville,
Donnie Blanz says he is glad to be back in Texas. He is concentrating
on writing and singing his Western music to Texans; especially,
the real cowboys and cowgirls who appreciate the "Cowboy
Spirit," as he calls it."
